On tap at West Coast Grocery, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals restrained piney hops, some citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly earthy in the hop department, with some pine, and biscuity malt. Rather muffled, with an earthy finish. Not so well-dialed in.

Flavour is quite biting, with crisp grassy hops, biscuity malt, and crisp crackery notes. Crisp and dry, with a solid bite. Very competent stuff and on-point, just perhaps not as crisp and punchy as an authentic Czech pils—but it's solid.
