Bottled at Casa Fernando, Gijon. Hazy golden, faint head. Citric, leathery apple aroma. Tart with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated somewhat citric apples. Mildly funky. Minerally apple skin bitterness.

Bottled at Casa Fernando, Gijon. Impressive high pour by the waiter, which I assume is the custom here. Hazy golden, short lived head. Concentrated, citric, mildly earthy nose. Mildly citric with notes of funky hay and cellar. Long apple skin bitterness. Elegant, yet rustic snd refreshing.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out a nice barnyard funk and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, some leather and some sweaty apple skins. Funky, dry and leathery. Great stuff.
