750 ml bottle. Pours a dull yellow. Aromas of bright funky apples, honey and flowers. Flavors follow same with some apple tartness and more florals. A bit flat and thin.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, and wild yeast. Flavour is a little more acidic, with crisp apple skins, moderate acidity and more subdued barnyard funk. Crisp, moderately acidic, and pleasantly funky. That nose is nicer than the flavour but it's still very nice.
