On tap @Neon Desert. Goblet. Clear, bright, still, 14k gold. Scent is lots of apple skin, lime, heavy champagne yeast, peach mimosas. Taste is bittersweet, leaning sweet, with some solid bitter legs. Serious lingering menthol. Spurts of green apple, some earth, Windex. Fruity bit not quite tart. Very crispy, just enough acidity, mellow abv. Solid spritzer, if boring.

On tap @Yard House Vegas. Short pour. They ran out of their Mullins of Peaches. Clear, pale, frothy gold. Expected something darker. Floral, peach, white wine, green veg nose. Tart & a curious berry blend between peach, blackberry & lemon. Tart apple, light tannic skin & very natural. Feel is sharp, bold, & cleansing. Dry finish. Lovely.

Guest tap @Hudl. Rare NV cider rate, #nobodycares. Short pour. Clear, amber, light lace. Questioning if I got the right tap line. Weird mellow green apple candy nose. Why? Taste is tart, mellow apples, more candy, magic acid, some yeasty bitterness, popsicle finish. Somewhat artificial. Light carbonation, sat for a minute, thin, whatever abv for the 8% list. Pass.

On tap at Mojave, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is rather harsh, with alcohol, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Flavour is sweet and just bizarre, with cloying syrupy sweetness, toffee / caramel, bready malt, and alcohol. All over the place; this brewery has no idea what's it's doing — obviously they couldn't make a barley wine properly. Shit.

On tap at Mojave, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out gasoline, alcoholic and subdued coconut. Flavour is syrupy sweet and brutal, with fusel alcohols, essence of coconut, harsh booze and syrupy sweetness. This brewery has no idea what it's doing; there was no chance they could pull off something like this. A total mess.

On tap at Mojave, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is subtle, but brings out minor diacetyl along with citrus hops. Flavour is not subtle at all — so much diacetyl. This is totally messed up.

On tap at Mojave, pours a disgusting, filthy diarrhea colour with a small white head. Nose is just as harsh, with tons of soil, earthy notes, more soil… Jesus Christ. Flavour is just like the coffee one… totally offensive, with soil, dirt, earthiness, etc. Something went totally wrong here. This is undrinkable. How can you sell this?

On tap at Mojave, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out raspberry upfront, with a touch of chilli pepper. Flavour is mostly a function of tart raspberry upfront, with a nice chili pepper burn in back that somehow works. This was the only beer on my flight that was drinkable. Solid stuff.

Sampled from the tap at Nevada Beer Works. Pours a clear bright gold with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has earthy apple and very sweet peach notes. Flavor has slightly tart apple and earthy sweet peach with a bit of dryness.
