250ml @ Matt's men's cave shared by him. Appearance: clear champagne color. Aroma: quite nice fermented honey, a bit fruity. Taste: along the same lines, a bit boozy, moderately to high sweet, lots of flowery honey. Overall: nice one.

Pale. Has a rich, slightly floral honey aroma. There's a fair bit of honey, floral, pretty basic but pretty good. Yeah, I actually quite like this. Straight up mead.

250mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden yellow. Nose reveals a nice wildflower, floral honey character and some bees wax. Flavour is medium-to-heavy sweet, with a very nice honey nectar character, wildflower notes, and an overall light-to-medium palate. As usual with Czech/Slovak meads, not the most complex, but the honey character is nicely expressed. Very good.

0.25L bottle, pours a clear pale yellow blonde. Aroma brings out lots of bees wax and gentle wildflower notes. Flavour is light, with gentle bees wax, wildflower notes and moderate-to-heavy sweetness. Not all that complex, but it's clean and well-made. Pleasant.

Pale gold. Soft, very sweet, and there's a nice bright honey note. Good floral accents. This also has a bit of stickiness in the finish. Solid if fairly basic mead.

Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear straw blonde. Nose is dominated by the lavender, with a bit of floral honey and bees wax. Flavour is quite floral, with a nice soft lavender character upfront, followed by a touch of bees wax and floral honey. The addition of lavender really works well here. Lovely.
