750ml bottle pours out purple red nose is a nice berry mix of berries with some sweet and tart notes. Taste is more of the nice berry mix some honey sweetness and a little tart kick.

750ml bottle pours out golden nose is nice honey sweetness some wine touch. Taste is more of the sweet honey a little spice some white wine touch.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear pinkish red. Aroma brings out plenty of cocoa, vanilla, and gently tart cherry. Flavour is full of intense cocoa, accentuated by cherries and plenty of vanilla. Medium sweet finish, with a cocoa-y finish. Good stuff.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear faded pink. Aroma brings out subdued blueberry, a little graham cracker, and booze. Flavour is boozy and muffled, with maple syrup, blueberry and graham cracker. Not particularly cohesive and rather boozy. It's okay.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear reddish pink. Aroma brings out fermented out blueberries and honey, with some booze. Flavour is medium sweet, with lightly tart blueberries and somewhat fermented out honey. Not as complex as the Elderberry, but decently made.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a dark mahogany. Aroma brings out plenty of sweet elderberry, some tartness, and gentle honey character that's buried. Flavour is quite sweet, with plenty of sweet elderberries, subtle tartness, and moderate honey. Really nice.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out gentle honey nectar, some bees wax, and alcohol. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with honey nectar, light floral notes, and a touch of bees wax. Pleasant but not particular complex and a bit watery. Okay.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear golden. Aroma is full of cranberry, Xmas spices and fermented out honey. Flavour is fairly dry and very spicy, with tons of mulling Xmas spices, a touch of cranberry, and fermented out honey. Boozy and a bit harsh but not bad.

Sampled at Contrivance, pours a clear bright golden yellow. Aroma brings out lots of booziness and subdued grape skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with subtle grape skins, fermented out honey and seltzery notes. Not very sweet or complex. Disappointing for a pyment.
