750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is fairly funky, with gentle acidity, crisp apple skins, and a little apple core. Flavour is moderately funky, with crisp apple skins, a hint of acidity and apple core. Not the most funky or complex, but it's constructed expertly. Very good.

750ml for $9.99 from Schneider's DC, pours a murky gold with a little white head. Nose is good, cheese cloth, apple cores, some juice, rotting apple. Flavor has the apple, cheese, some juice. Finishes nearly creamy, juicy. 8 4 7 4 13
