Orange hazy with a very dense, nitro-ish inch of head that wont die.
Simple yeasties, starchy, watered down orange burps, weak amount of clove, but a lot of black pepper through the tail.

Dark, classic, red amber pour at Espumante in Buenos Aires.
Roasty potatoes & heavy margarine nose.
Manteca. Tons of diactyl. Decent roast but the margarine coats it.
Good body, nice acid, sessionable if it wasn't for the greasiness.
Meh.

On tap at Santo Remedio, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is soft, with medium toasted malt and some earthiness. Flavour is richer than anticipated, with a nice roasted barley character, some alcohol, light cocoa, and a little espresso. Not the most cohesive or pronounced but has a solid malt depth. Good.
