Appearance: Misty gold with a moderate white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Biscuit, resin, pine needles, grapefruit, distant yeast. Taste: Light to medium sweet, heavy bitter. Starting biscuit. After that massive and lingering resin and pine, grapefruit. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: one of the better made Talers.

Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a moderate white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Floral, piny, earthy. Some biscuit and yeast. Taste: Light sweet, medium to heavy bitter. Floral hop, pine, resin, earth. Lingering bitter ending. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: Hardcore. I'm not afraid of that kind of stuff. Still would prefer more refinement.
