Nach dem komischen Sea Moon Gose bestellte ich mir dieses Bier und hat mich daher umso mehr erfreut. Es hat einen wunderbaren hopfig-fruchigen Körper und ist schön erfrischend, ohne langweilig zu sein. Ein gefälliges, feines Bier.

Optisch ist dies eine trübe, braun-gelbe Suppe mit einem leicht brotigen Geruch. Aber geschmacklich ist es voll in Ordnung. Es ist ein schön erfrischendes Blanche mit leichten Aromen nach Lavendel, Zitrone und Bisquit. Die 7,9 % alc. kann ich mir nicht ganz vorstellen, da habe ich nur eingetragen, was auf der Karte stand; die 10,5 Plato erscheinen mir eher nachvollziehbar. Ein geschmacklich schönes Bier für den Sommer.

On tap at Old Bar, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out cereal malts, sweet caramel and subdued hop resins with considerable diacetyl. Flavour is quite sweet, with cereal grains, diacetyl and sweet caramel. What the hell are they doing here? Not good.

Tap. Cloudy milky yellow color, white foam. Spicy aroma: cardamom, coriander and anise, wheat, soap. Taste: wheat-spicy, coriander and cardamom, a bit citrus, slightly sour.
