Found randomly at a suburban supermarket near Paris. Cork flew off with pop once the metal snare was removed. Pours with gigantic head, even when chilled, foggy yellow-colour. Aroma of wood, apples, sourness, grain, almost gueuze-like. Taste is a soft mix of apple and pear, tangy middle and a dry and sour finish. Still a bit sweet on the tongue, though. Probably one of the best ciders I’ve tasted.

Blond color, hazy; no head. Quite sweet, with a pleasant apple juice character, and a correct and pleasant final woody astringency. Easy but not bad.
