Description
Our taproom is in a vintage 40’s era warehouse with original exposed wood trusses. It has a great vibe -- it's like hanging out and drinking beer in your buddy's garage only there's an excellent kitchen and awesome beer. We smoke our potatoes and meat in-house and almost all of our menu items are prepared from scratch. We have 3000 square foot outdoor beer garden with patio seating for large groups. It's a great place for artisan craft beer, surprisingly good food, good conversation with friends, family, neighbors and fellow travelers.

50cL bottle pours with a dark mahogany colored body that supports a nice looking tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting reduced sugar goodness followed by dates, brown sugar stewed plums and a dash of spicy yeastiness. The taste delivers on what the nose has set the plate for. I get pleasing slick sweet malts, molasses, a touch of caramel and then quickly growing sweet dark fruity esters. To midway I get murmurs of dates and plums struggling to be heard of the slick reduced sugars. Into the finish some mild spicy Belgian yeastiness conspire with the booze and carbonation to keep this Quad somewhat agile. Super sipper. I may need more of this.

50cL bottle pours with lively carbonation, making Panda filling a chore, creating a tall white to slightly pink head of loose foam supported by a copper colored body that has thin golden hues. The aroma offers up prunes and currants and then maybe candy sugar. The taste delivers a vibrant prickly carbonation that ushers in fruity notes of tangy to mildly tart to sweet dark berry like currants as well as an undercurrent of fig to prune like fruity esters. Well off in the background are echoes of Belgian yeasty spiciness that are well below the other notes. Pretty nice one albeit the carbonation is a little out of control.
