Can @ Uptown Taproom, Chicago. Pours clear copper-red with a large foamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter initially sweet caramel taste with alcohol overtones, thin body, long finish with throat burning alcohol.Tasty but boozy.

On tap at Pilot Project, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright citrus zest, bitter pine, and bready malt. Flavour is full of piney hops upfront, followed by grapefruit rind / citrus zest, and just enough biscuity malt. Carbonation is a bit aggressive for the style but the flavours are nice. Pleasantly made.

On tap at Pilot Project, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense lavender, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is floral and bitter, with lots of piney hops, big lavender notes, and crisp citrus zest. Piney, floral and citrus. Unusual but interesting and well-made.
