Bottle sample, courtesy of the bartender at Bar Cham (Seoul), pours a clear pale blonde. Nose is more like a sake, with very faint, mostly fermented out honey, and light floral notes. Flavour is soft and not too sweet, with floral notes, dry honey, and rice wine-like notes a la sake. Very light and airy. Not really my thing but cool to try a Korean mead—especially one that fiulijn will never try.
