Smokey, salty, nice juicy peach, mellow tartness. For a brewery that lasted 10 months, this is the second very good beer I’ve had from them. I mean, a peach grod?

On tap at Darach, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out subtle sweetness and soft oats. Flavour is very light-bodied, with oats, some sugars, and very light roast. Not much body, but has reasonable construction. Very easily drinkable but too light and half-assed for an impie. Okay.

On tap at Darach, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma is somewhat strange, with bready malt, subdued bourbon, wood, and perfumey notes. Flavour is much the same, with big bourbon and perfume upfront, backed by caramel and bready malt. Not sure why you'd barrel age a Cali Common, but the result isn't convincing — maybe it's the base beer, maybe it's the barrel; either way, not too thrilling.

On tap at Darach, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of peppery notes, light funk, and fairly assertive hops. Flavour is rustic and hoppy, with a surprisingly nice expression of the saison yeast, minimal esters, assertive dry-hopping. Nicely done, especially for an American saison.

On tap at Darach, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out very gentle lacto, some buggy notes, wheat and a hint of straw. Flavour is very soft and wheaty, with light lacto, a hint of citrus, and straw. Soft, clean and not too yogurty. Definitely an above average Berliner.

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a murky orange vomit colour with a small white head. Aroma is full of canned cord, herbaceous notes, and lots of yeast. Flavour is a bit harsh, with lots of raw notes, dirty herbaceous notes, and earthiness. Dirty as hell, with a herbaceous, canned corn-type finish. Not good at all.

Dark brown no head. Dark malts, it's fairly fruity. Flabby, weak, like you don't want to really brew an impy. It's okay as beer goes but otherwise meh

Opaque and shit this is big cannabis. Big body, some sweet malt base but it's a bit of orangey stuff along with a metric fucktonne of weed. Like they opened up a dispensary in my glass.

Pale with just a slight haze. Thin head. Sticky fruity malts, apple, pear, definitely raw.
