On tap at Brewerks, pours a deep dark brown/black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out a fair amount of roast, moderate woody hops, and a touch of fruitiness. Flavour is surprisingly light given the specs — quite bitter, roasted but light on the mouthfeel. Very light — this is an imperial? Well, it certainly packs in some hops and woody malt. Excellent.

On tap at Brewerks, pours a hazy golden (not chalky yellow) with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some citrus zest, light wood and a touch of dankness. Flavour is bitter and dry, unlike most hazies, with dry piney hops, biscuity malt, a touch of hopburn/bitterness, and finishing with a bitter astringency. A bit flat but doesn't have the issues of most hazies. Good.

On tap at Brewerks, pours a clear copper golden with a small beige head. Nose brings out a robust woody resinous hop character, huge pine… damn that's a nice hop character. Flavour is wonderfully hopped, with intense resinous and piney hops, woody notes, and just enough malt to back. Piney and resinous as hell, wonderful hopped and crisp. Expert WC IPA.

On tap at Brewerks, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out a wonderful hop character, with loads of pine, some tangy white wine grape from the Nelson, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean and assertive, with lots of piney hops, tangy notes from the beautiful Nelson, and a dry bready malt base. Piney and tangy. Wonderful stuff.

On tap at Brewerks, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out very salty, sweet it's lots of briny notes, tartness and a touch of mango. Flavour is tart, briny and salty, with lots of brine, tart salt, and subdued, fermented out mango. Very salty and briny, without the usual lacto character. Very nicely made.
