Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a smallish, rough, beige head. Roasty nose with quite some vanilla. Medium body only, super dry, roast and licorice with a hint of roasty bitterness. A little residual sweetness would've helped. 110625

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a rough, off-white head. Piney, catpeey hop aroma. Medium body, some lightly sweet fruitiness and a solid, finishing bone-dry bitterness. Good one. 020625

Bottle 50 cl. Pours dark brown with an orange hue and a rich, creamy and lacing, beige head. Very little aroma, only a vague, biscuity note. Rather light in body, dry biscuity, slightly nutty and a very bitter finish. A bit rough. 020625

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a rough, white head. Citrus and tropical hop aromas. Medium body, lightly sweet fruitiness, some pineapple and a rather bitter finish. Maybe not quite as bone dry as the style prescribes. 020625

Tap at Rallys, Copenhagen (12/10/2024) - New 🇩🇰 brewery ✅ and a red IPA! Sweet malty and fruity aroma taste, notes of marmalade shred and light berry fruit, caramel and sweet malty backing, hedgerow hops, sticky sweet, light bitter hoppy into the close.
