Pours clear brown with a fluffy white head. Aroma of bread and yeast. Taste has sweet, crisp, malt notes, some lingering yeastiness. Palate has rich malt, Pilsen, some bread aromatics that linger on the nose. Quite refreshing.

Pours cloudy golden with a fluffy white head. Some floral notes, mild nutmeg. Taste has typical wizen notes, some very subtle banana. Palate has much of the same.

Pours clear golden brown with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet grain notes. Taste has some more malt, lingering hops, mildly fruit. Palate has some pleasant yeast notes. Not bad.

Eine neue ukrainische Brauerei für mich. Mit dem deutschen braten hat der Name aber nichts zu tun, vielmehr bezieht man auf das Wort брат, also Bruder. Wer der Bruder ist, konnte ich aber nicht herausfinden. Es ist ein mittelmäßiges Weizenbier, das aber eine gewisse Urigkeit hat und dafür aber weniger fruchtige Noten. Muss man nicht kennen, aber kann man gerne mal probieren.
