Description
The history of Parisis dates back to 2008 when Eric Esnault created a beer which is today the "mother" of Parisis: Bière de l'Yvette beer, which he then marketed exclusively in the region of Yvette. When Jonathan, then a brewer, met Eric by chance, the idea of an association seemed obvious for a major project: to create a quality beer for the Paris region. After more than 2 years of work, the two friends finally found a brew location in Epinay-sous-Senart. The first beer was brewed on August 8, 2012, and it was the beginning of a story.

Slightly hazy deep golden color, small off-white head, lace. Aroma has apple, dry yeast, grass. Medium-bodied. Apple, riped fruits, alcohol in the flavor. Even s bit sticky. Boozy triple.

Dark amber color, small off-white head. Aroma has caramel, riped berries and earthy hops. Medium-bodied. Caramel, some alcohol, berries and some harsh notes. Vegetably hops. Meh.

Tap at Express De Lyon, 23rd June 16. Pours clear, nice aromatic aroma, taste is citrus, pine, some bitterness, the pilsner comes through, not sure if it adds to it. Pretty good

Draught @ [ 888 Winter Camp French Craft Beer Festival ] - Malmö Brewing Co, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 214 22. [ As Parisis IPA sous Sénart ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, hop oil. Flavor is heavy moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pine, citrus, sweet malt, pale malt, biscuit malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av humle, ananas, passionsfrukt, persika, aprikos, nektar med toner av tall. Jämna rena smaker, rund och len, beska med smak av grapefrukt, citrusskal med toner av tall. Mycket bra!

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av passionsfrukt, humle, grapefrukt, mango, citrusskal, citron, nektar. Stor sötma, torr, blommig, fin beska med smak av grapfrukt och citrusskal och toner av tall. Mycket gott!

Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, nutty, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dusty, caramel, nutty, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151228]
