Description
The history of Parisis dates back to 2008 when Eric Esnault created a beer which is today the "mother" of Parisis: Bière de l'Yvette beer, which he then marketed exclusively in the region of Yvette. When Jonathan, then a brewer, met Eric by chance, the idea of an association seemed obvious for a major project: to create a quality beer for the Paris region. After more than 2 years of work, the two friends finally found a brew location in Epinay-sous-Senart. The first beer was brewed on August 8, 2012, and it was the beginning of a story.

6e Noordelijk Kerst- en Winterbierenfestival, Hoogeveen. 20-12-2015 licht amber/gouden met witte kraag. aroma van enorme fruitigheid, citrus, sinaasappel, ananas, tropisch/exotisch fruit. smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, enorm fruitig, exotisch citrus, lange zwak bittere afdronk, maar over het algemeen niet vreselijk bijzonder op de fruitigheid na --- Beer merged from original tick of IPArisis on 17 May 2018 at 16:47 - Score: 7

A soft gold with a thick head and pellet piney c-hops. This double IPA is very much in the west coast style with a lovely light body and a nice balance. I prefer my IPAs fruity rather than bitter but this is quite nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
