gefunden in einem Supermarkt im Zentrum von Budweis in einem eigenen Bierkühlschrank, der offenbar die vielen österreichischen Touristen ansprechen soll. Das Bier ist ein klassisches tschechisches Wirtshausbier. Nicht sonderlich aromatisch ausgeprägt, aber dafür unglaublich süffig. Dabei helfen getreidige, brotige Noten und ein leichter Rühreigeschmack, sodass es fast schon eine eigene Mahleit hat. Auch die Butternote ist vorhanden, aber in einer angenehmen Menge. Nix besonderes, aber doch sehr schön zu trinken.

1l plastic bottle from budweis. pours a clear pale amber. expired, so a bit sour. woody and some vinegary notes, apples. long bitter finish. pleasant.

28.01.2022 - 1l pet bottle from budweis, bb 17.01.2022. pours a hazy amber with a steady head. aroma of floral hops, almonds, slight resin. flavour of resin, lemons, lemon zest, not very sweet and rather sour. some bitterness in the finish.

22.01.2022 - 1l pet bottle from budweis. pours a hazy deep golden. aroma of grains, red apples. flavour of ripe apples, grains, somewhat oxidised. long bitter finish, rather full body for a 10. pleasant.
