Both the brewpub is operating and this beer is available for sure. Opalescent darker golden colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish head; aroma of cereals, some hay hetbal and floral honey notes; taste has the same notes with quite intensive hoppy bitterness; correct one

On draught at the BdT brewpub in Carouge, Geneva. Mid-brown, translucent, looks a bit thin. Oak chips, cinnamon, a bit of funk in the scent. Taste is vinous, vegetal, and quite strange. Ketchup, wood chips and leather overtones. More ketchup-vegetable in the aftertaste. I just don’t understand why they would brew this. They can obviously brew beer but this one is a mess.

Draft at the brewpub, Carouge, Geneva. Clear yellow with tiny circles of white head. Lemony-grainy lager aroma. Refreshing sweetness with slight bitter overtones. Aftertaste is a bit saccharin but not enough to spoil it. A passable, even enjoyable beer.

On draught at the BdT brewpub, Carouge, Geneva. Mid-yellow, a bit hazy. Massive clove and coriander hit. Lovely nose. Sweet spicy taste with a citrus sour to temper it. Aftertaste is a bit too herby and the unbalanced result doesn’t do the beer any favours. All in all, a tasty beer and the best of the four BdT beers I tried.

On draught at the BdT brewpub, Carouge, Geneva. Big and brown with a huge cream-coloured head. Lychee, strawberry and candy sugar aroma. Taste is a let down. It’s fairly bland with a vegetal note. Neither particularly sweet nor bitter. Body falls a bit flat as well. So it is flawed but certainly drinkable. If only it tasted as good as it smelled!
