Pint at the brewery. Pours an almost clear, straw color, with an average, frothy, white head. The nose is papaya, grapefruit zest, water crackers, and a bit of gentian. Sweet and oddly juicy and malty, with a mellow, drying bitterness. Light to medium body, effervescent, crisp, and sharp. Simple, fun, and quality.

Draft at the brewery. Pours dark brown, almost black, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The nose is cola, black cherry, vanilla, butter toffee, and coriander. Not too sweet, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, grainy, and syrupy. Bright, complex, and pretty tasty.
