On tap at Single Hill - Commons, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is acidic, with gentle peaches and a touch of oak — not particularly inviting, somewhat messy. Flavour is very acidic, with sour apricot, tons of acidity, grainy, some earthiness. Not much wild yeast character, nor good fruit character. Just acidic without any fruit depth or nice bugginess.
