Spirea is a series of fruited sours that they do. Tart, berry, simple, good body, balanced, as advertised. Opaque purple.

Since Switchback has a persistent brett infection that makes everything "happy", this is an unintentional brett IPA. Beautiful brett aroma, with mild pine. Looks a bit murky, and dull, but with a rich head. Yeah, fuck, lots of bitterness, nice grapefruit, pine and rich pale malt, complemented beautifully by a big fat slap of brett B & C. They're making prime Jux without even knowing it.

Nitro. Dark brown, medium head. Light acidity, toasty aroma and flavour. Hits that Irish note.

Murky amber, medium head. Medium bitterness. Brett C and as with the cream ale that makes it better. A fair bit of bitterness, good balance. Shit, I’d keep the brett.

Murky, light amber. Just a thin head. Light body, a bit too much carbo. Not dialled in, or there are bugs in the system.

Pale and hazy, thin head. Some tartness…and is that brett? Ok, I actually like that but there’s no way that’s on purpose. Happy accident?
