Many thanks to kevnic2008. Nice fresh fruity beginning. Banana, hints of citrus and lots of fresh yeast. Great round, not too sweetish or too sticky, refreshing smooth with a great yeasty full-flavoured body. Fantastic long and fruity yeasty aftertaste with a great yeasty background.

[ As Gold Ochsen Hefeweizen Dunkel ].Hazy - murky matt - grey medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, swwt yeasy, fruity yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, banana, riped - soft banana, weizen yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170304] 6-2-6-3-12

From old tasting notes. Clear "greenish" yellow color. Lots of tiny bubbles lead to a big foamy beige head. Clean fruity wheat malt nose has a touch of smokiness. Zesty wheat malt flavor is fruity and refreshing. Brief citrusy finish. A decent wheat brew.

From old tasting notes. Deep golden color. Lots of tiny bubbles lead to a big creamy white head. Yeasty, fruity malt aroma. Sweet, smoky wheat malt flavor with a faint clove note. Fruity character throughout. Brief sweet malt finish and aftertaste. Very refreshing.

From old tasting notes. Clear medium gold color with a big bubbly white head. Mild malt nose has a metallic note to it. Flavor is sweet malt upfront. Light grassy hops in finish. Aftertaste is bittersweet and lasting. Well balanced and flavorful. Beautiful Belgian lace.

Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, malty, caramel, bread, light dusty.
