Nowhere near as awesome as the Bier&Big one. Sharp chilli with modtly only heat, not so much flavour. Pretty thin. Sweet honey, lots of it, maybe needs more fermentation, pretty bready. All in all ok tasty, but unbalanced.

Not really for me. Seems almost like it wasn't completely fermented through yet, lots of honey still remaining and missing some smoothness. Relatively sweet, some dry wood, a hint of caramel that may be whisky. Not bad, but not my style.
