Rough approximation of a festbier, with crisp malt notes but a surprising fruitiness, with notes of green apple and peach mixed with grass and cracker malt notes. Pronounced floral streak on the finish. Just an odd pint overall.

Pleasant and malty, a tad sweet with notes of honey caramel and a touch of red apple, followed by a gentle floral bitterness and lingering caramel in the fade.

Bright, fresh and floral, with clove and grass mixing with a gentle herbal note on the back end and flowers, vanilla, and a touch of citrus in the fade. Nice pint.

Nice black IPA, with a firm espresso-like roastiness coupled with mild grapefruit and peach notes, with a hefty dose of pine on the back end. Tasty.

Excellent black lager, with rich veins of dark chocolate and roast, yet with a crisp, moderately bitter back end. Finishes with a touch of citrus and pumpernickel. Nice pint.

Fits the classic West Coast IPA bill, with resinous pine sitting underneath a healthy dose of caramel and citrus. Thankfully doesn’t shy away from a ruthlessly bitter back end. Reminds me of a fruitier Arrogant Bastard, which is a good thing.

Damn fine rye pale ale, if a bit hefty in its ABV. Caramel and citrus on the front lead to a spicy rye and pine finish, with lingering stone fruit and tropical notes in the finish. Tasty.

Hearty doppelbock, full of caramel, dried fruit, and an underlying nuttiness, followed by hints of plum, tobacco, and clove. Wet grain on the finish and a mild floral bitterness in the fade. Good beer.

Love the rye shining through, adding a grainy spiciness on the back end. Grapefruit and pine on the front, with a tropical note towards the finish. Nice pint.
