Not advertised as a cask ale but damned if there’s a single bubble. Never had a brewery serve me a flat beer before. Might be decent with carbonation but based on the other selections, probably not.

Very acidic, with cascara dominating the profile, backed up by a white bread yeastiness and a touch of wheat. Finishes with lingering coffee and berry. Odd, and doesn’t really hit any saison notes.

Seems to be a low-ABV winter warmer, with cocoa and citrus notes backed up by a nutty undercurrent and a hint of berry. Finishes with cinnamon and a dry, mild bitterness. Not bad.
