Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Malty, bready. Lightly bitter and not too sweet. I would perhaps say that this was more bitter than the style usually is. Fine.

Sample on tap at El Tap in San Juan Solid dark brown/black with a short tan head that quickly recedes. Roasty chocolate and a heavy mint that is sometimes a hint bitter. Or maybe that bitter is the sparkles? Weird but glad to try it.

Pint at La Taberna Lupulo pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has malt and corn, honey, some grass. Flavor same. I guess this is an APA. Finishes clean, lightly oily. 6 2 7 3 12
