Can. Dark brown colored beer with thick, quickly dissapeared beige ehad. Aroma of roasted malt, milk chocolate, nougath, biscuits. Taste is dark malt, light roastness, coffee, toasted bread, milk chocolate, nougath. Alcoholis well hidden. Nice one.

Wow first to rate. I like, this rarely happens. Beautiful can. Pours a slightly cloudy orange amber. Whiteish head. smell is very citrus, mangoes & tropical fruit. taste is similar with a malty creamy finish. One of the better southern star beers.

Canned. Poured a nice amber. Nice caramel malt blending into a tinge of piney hops. maybe the best southern star I’ve had.

Draft @ flying saucer. Gold. Fairly sweet but not all that well done. Bit of hops to finish.

Can. Golden color with a really big quickly disappearing head. Aroma was weak, watery, like old monster brand beer. Taste was bitter in an unpleasant way. Taste of corn and other undesirables.

Thick robust intense roasted malts, with some hops in the finish. A light oily mouthfeel, with a big espresso kick. The roastiness is intense, this is an impressive stout, but its a tad on the sweet side.

Bright citrus, chewy malts, big citric bitter finish. Really blurs the line between apa and ipa. As it sits and warms the huge citrus bit dies down a bit and the cara malts come through. Pretty nice stuff.
It continues...
