Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy peach color with a small soapy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was leafy, floral and fruity hops. The flavor was leafy, floral and fruity hops with a phenolic and medicinal undertone. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy orange-brown color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was dry and musty with crystal malt and faint pumpkin spice. The flavor was crystal malt, astringency, a bit of metal and a hint of pumpkin spice. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Listed as Cedar Creek Strawberry Sour. Big creamy head. Nice tart nose, makes my mouth water. Smells so yummy. Cloudy light brown. Oh, my. the taste is sooooo gooooodddd. So nice, so good. well balanced tart beer. Just a hint of strawbeery beer. This beer rocks! Great job! Even as the last beer I tasted, it was probably the best of this nice flight’s members.

Oh yes, much better than most punky beers. You know, some punky beers don’t even have pinky in it? This does, and its not overliy spiced. Nice good hold of roasted pumkin, yes, this is NOT BAD. Smells like pumpkin fer sure. Not in yer face. Never cloying yet sweet in a real pumpkin way. One of the best pumpkin beers I’ve had in a long time.

Neutral aroma and it looks like a stout. Very bubbly at that. Reminds me of black cat. Fun black stuff, again I think its a mild stout, must have got the tap mixed up er sumthin. So easy going it slides right down the gullet, satisfying. Man, I’ve nothing but good beer at this place!

Nicely done big black stuff, yummy. Cloudy muddy black. Teasing friendly stout has just the right amount of maple, never cloying. I’m liking this stouty stuff, so nice, so good. I think I have a tiny hint of wildness in the finish. YUM

A darker brew with decent co2. Taste with peaty background but not overdone. No way this is over 6%, quite easy to take. Hides alky well. In the end it better than most scottish (scotch?) ales I’ve had.

Probably the closet thing I came to tasting an IPA at this place. ever so slight aroma of hops. Big creamy head. A mild IPA fer sure. Needs some co2. Bitter hops start to raise there tiny little stupid bitter citrus heads. Not bad if it was an IPA but its reallya APA. A hoppy brew fer sure. Has some of that saison feel to it in the end.

Yea, everybody has a beer named jave the stout, heheh. Big & black, large and in charge. Smells like peppery coffee. Taste is same. Not bad for a coffee. Breakfast brew fer sure, a real eye opener. No heat peppery finish. Not bad! Somewhat impressed, once again!
