Pale. Slight haze. Yes. Tastes like a mild bitter should. It’s terribly on style for a real old country bitter, ITS NOT BITTER. Just enough real mild bitter to make it a yummy enjoyable brew. NICE JOB! Right up there with the best bitters like Newcastle Summer Ale, Petrucci Brothers Stone Pub ESB, Cains Finest Bitter, Duck-Rabbit Paul’s Bitter Holiday & McNeills Duck’s Breath Bitter.....YUM!

Such an appropriate name. A very nice looking stout, looks great! Some slight aroma of caramel, sweet nose. Flat and very friendly in the stout arena, I like this. Many of the brews here at Bloom have been very good tasting. So yummy is this. Just like friendly stout should be. Even tho its almost flat, it still comes across as satisfying. Even tho I think this should be plain old stout, as a dry stout, its a very good stout right up there with other dry stouts like East End Session #17 Dry Stout, Mountaineer Stout, Short’s Uncle Steve’s Irish Stout, Brooklyn Dry Stout, Rust Belt Coke Oven Stout, n Saranac Irish Stout

Looks like a hefe but the smell is tart. Taste goes tart as well, I like this on a hefe backbone. Slight fun tart creamy taste and smell, what an impression. Yes, is this really a hefe? IT ROCKS! I’m having a pretty good time over here in west newton!

Oh yes oh yes oh yes. Actually listed as a saison but it certainly is sour. Smells like fresh pineapple. A darker brew. Yes, saison in nature with a fun fruity background but much better than a typical fruit beer. Maintains its saison like qualities throughout. In the end I detect no alky content in this one, hides its 6% qualities so well. I liked this stuff.

Sweeter aroma with a nose that reminds me of river water. Odd tart river water taste too! Definite river water backbone in the taste too. Some dirt int here too, but in a good way. Very well done saison, pepper is in ther but never in yer face. Nice job, I liked this. Quite good civilized saison in the age of rude high alky types. Ends with that dirt flavor. One of the better saisons I’ve had, yes, right up there with Anchorage 2016 Rondy Brew Saison, Fantôme Printemps, Whitehorse Sugar Camp, Sprague Farm La Ferme, Hill Farmstead Dorothy & Silly Saison

Perhaps this version was not as disappointing as beerman’s, heheh. Nice tan head. Smell is odd unique of sulfur, hah. Good mild grainy octo beer. Easy to take, Good fest overall. Could use more co2. Mostly flat. Dirt fragrance in the end. Good overall mild mannered fest beer, quite afable.

So, this is rated at 6%? No way, it tastes like 3%, heheh. Nice head. Darker brown. Smells like rye bread, yummy! Yes, the smell follows thru to the taste and this is becoming rye bread in the mouth. THis is good stuff but keep in mind I like traditional bread beers.

At the source. Yes, tart, enjoyably tart, I’m liking this. Cherry is prominent in th nose and on the tongue. very tasty, yes, nice stuff. Mild, friendly. Easy to take. Has an ability to hide the alky well. Civilized. This is SOOOO GOOD! Enjoyable over all beer tasting experience!

I found this to be a very good unique brew. On tap at the brewery. Very nice head. Smell like your typical slight vinegar jalep beer peppers lately. Coffee and pepper mixed together on this one. Pepper smell now reveals a little roastiness in thar. Warming sensations all round the mouth and down in the gullet as well, then I feel some of that warming in the throat too. Never over the top in peppers, just simple enjoyable heat. Well babalnced with some decent beer attributes. In the end I find that THIS BEER ROCKS! Nothing really offensive about clear to the end. My wife liked it too, and she don’t even like beer!
