Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head. The aroma is funk, apple, floral. Medium body, apple skin, nice sweetness, tart, dry finish, very good.

Bottle at WTF 3. Pours gold with no head. The aroma is apple, rubber, pear. Medium body, strong apple, nice tartness, light dry finish, very good.

Fonefan 300814. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavour is dry, apple, sourness, sulphur, sugar, floral. Nice /OK cider.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, quick and frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, vanilla, apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140830]

[ As L’Hermitière Cidre Brut ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a quick and large, initial frothy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wrinkled apples, sweet apples. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart apples, sweet apples, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140830]
