Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, golden cider with some bubbles on top. The aroma has a sharp, distinct apple scent, with a sugary caramel sweetish touch. Sweet, almost caramel-ish apples with a touch of apple cores. Medium body, soft carbonation and semi-dry. Rather boring this one, but sure drinkable. 140830

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of slightly sour red apples and apple peel. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is crisp apples fruity. Smooth fruity and lingering apples fruity. Smooth fruity and light sulphorish. Crisp apples into the finish.

Bottle, 5%. Clear golden with big fully diminishing head. Aroma is apples, fruit, little apple peel and notes of sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, little apple, peel, little dry, medium sweet, little juice, little over carbonated and a little oak.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear golden body under a layer of white bubbles. The aroma as an intense apple scent, with some grassy notes and some apple cores. The flavor has some sweetness, but it’s mostly dry, with apple, cellar hints, some grass and apple cores. Pleasant carbonation. A quite decent one, perhaps a bit dry. 140830
