A humble, family run microbrewery celebrating the art of craft beer and the joy of community. Our goal is to brew beers that both we and the community love. We approach small-batch beer as art and craft, constantly learning and experimenting and improving. Rather than trying to maintain a work/life dichotomy balance, we prefer to just live, wholly and fully and try to do all things well to the best of our ability, and to enjoy doing it.

Howler fill from Brother Ass. 3 weeks, some carbonation left. Toasty aroma with sweet notes, chocolate. Taste sweet with a mild roast cola and latent dry bitterness. I'd love to try this with full carb.

Growler from Brother Ass. Unortunately, due to a chipped rim, a lot of the carbonation has faded since purchase, Dark clear brown pour, no head (see above). Rich malty aroma, sweet. Taste brings some woody notes, brown sugar, malty, caramel. I'll need to give this another try.

Taster at Brother Ass. Clear, amber pour, small bubbly off-white head. Malty aroma, caramel, nutty. Taste is toffee, sweet and nutty. Smooth and malty.

(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small beige head; aroma of jam, balanced flavour with a long, medium bitter finish; slightly creamy palate
