Can from the LCBO. pours a clear gold, with a medium white head. Aroma is musty grains, light apple, hints of i guess are hops. mouth feel was soft, same for the carb. Low bitterness, more stale grains, and no hops. not good.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a big white frothy cap, lasting a long time and creating foamy small patches. The nose reminds me of cheaper strong lagers with the sweet malts but the hops balances things here with better quality ones. Cereal notes, maybe corn. The mouthfeel is smooth with just a tad of dryness in the finish. Thankfully, not too sweet with the malts in the flavours. Goes down very nicely for a 6%... so a better quality, premium if you may, strong lager.
