Dimpled pint slow draft at the Fields & Ivy Brewery in Lawrence, Kansas. The pour is a crystal clear golden with a one inch white head that is very lasting, and leaves beautiful lace. The aroma is clean cracker malt and noble hops. The taste is a very soft and fresh, great balance between the cracker cereal malt and the soft spice of the hops. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation and a crisp clean softly mineral finish. Super drinkable, nice Pils.

Tulip draft at The Bar is Mission, Kansas. The pour is a very hazed yellow golden, with a smallish white head. The aroma is big and juicy tropical fruit, citrus fruit and bitter citrus peel. The taste is smooth tropical fruit - pineapple and mango, along with a soft tangerine peel bitterness. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered silky mouthfeel, fruit citrus soft bitter finish. All about the hops, and the smooth velvety body. Solid hazy IPA.
