Shaker pint draft at Old Shawnee Pizza in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with basically no head. The aroma is faint, a little bit of cereal malt. The taste is a slight sweet malt along with a touch of floral. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a sweet floral finish. Nice enough.

Shaker pint draft at The Bar in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a darker brown, almost black, with a 1/2 inch light khaki head. The aroma is soft caramel malt, a bit of roast and a general vanilla. The taste is caramel malt, almond nuttiness, vanilla, earth char mineral faint to the back. Nice blend and integration of flavors. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the softly malt sweet mineral, char, earth finish. Nice.
