2 oz flight taster glass at Sawtooth Mountain Cider House in Lutsen, Minnesota. The pour is clear, rose colored. The aroma is natural apple cider, with tart raspberry. The taste is clean, raspberry nicely integrated with the clean Cider flavors, perhaps a hint of Brett yeast. The palate is medium bodied, sparkly fine carbonation and lingering raspberry. Nice, most enjoyable of the flight.
