Half nonic pint draft at Casual Animal Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a slight hazed golden with a well formed one inch light tan head. The Aroma is toffee malt, grass and cracker malt. Clean and fresh. The taste is the cracker biscuit malt, the grass and finishes with naturally softly sweet toffee. As with the nose, fresh and clean. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the grass toffee finish.
