500ml on tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is dried banana, clove, malt. Taste is light sweet, fruity, watery, sour note. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Clearly a proper hefeweizen, but lacking it’s rather empty and lacking body.
