1 litre from a growler. Pours clear amber with a tall white head. Aroma is caramel, grass, malt. Taste is light to medium sweet, toasted malt, caramel. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. I thought it would be yet another pale lager, but it turned out to be an ok Vienna lager.

500ml on tap from the Nova Brewery Shop in Engels. Pours clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is citrus, caramel, malt, vanilla. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, citrus. Medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. Reminiscent of Russian IPAs from 10 years ago, but good in terms of the local beer scene.
