Appearance: Clear pale yellow with a one finger tall off-white head of lot to medium retention. Aroma: Plae malt, fruity yeast traces, distant grass. Taste: Pretty much the same. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. More hop in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Inoffensive enouth.

500ml bottle. Pours clear brown with a thin white head that lasts a few seconds. Aroma is caramel, lollipops, malt. Taste is light to medium sweet, caramel, malt. Light bitter finish. Almost no hops to be found. Sad considering the age of the brewery (150 years old this year). Description says the chief brewer put almost 40 years of experience into this…
