Sampler at Sacher. Unclear deep golden with white head. Sweet malts, elderflower, elderberries, juniper, herbal and floral, nutmeg, kurkuma, ginger. Moderate sweet and bit vegetal bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Aroma’s of spices seem stronger than the typical elderflower aroma one would expect. On tap at the brewpub. Dunkel orange braune Farbe, mittelgroße beige schaumkrone. Geruch ist mild schokoladig, karamellig. Geschmack ist süß schokoladig malzig, karamellig, etwas Vanille, lecker!

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Sehr trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist sehr nelkig, leicht hefig. Geschmack ist würzig nelkig, hefig, wenig bananig.

On tap at the brewpub. Klare kupferbraune Farbe, mittelgroße beige schaumkrone. Geruch ist nussig malzig, karamellig, mild zitronig hopfig. Geschmack ist angenehm hopfig bitter, citrusfrüchte, leicht harzig, karamellig, gut!

Mild cremig-malziger Antrunk, leicht röstig. Dabei auch leicht hopfig, was im Mittelteil auffällt, wo die Malzigkeit bereits abnimmt. Leicht wässriger Nachhall. Könnte kräftiger sein. 10/9/8/8//8
