Tap at the Sofiják fest. Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Bit worty aroma, coconut notes somewhat from the hops. Smooth taste, pineapple, bit citric, floral, light vegetal notes, overxtracted Michal B said - and he's probably right. Still, not bad!

Tap at the Sofiják. Clear golden-amber body, thick off-white head. Fun aroma, watermelon candy and caramel. Lean dry taste, caramelly, honeyish clean, light astringency, herbal, but, apart from trace acetaldehyde, quite clean. Low herbal bitter finish. I mean... has its charms by all means.

Tap at the Sofiják fest. Am I ashamed I picked it because I didn't need to add it? Why absolutely not hahah. Even I deserve a momentary respite, don't you think? (I'm the one who needs convincing, mind...) Anyway. Hazy golden body, thick white head. Herbal, citric, bit grainy aroma, some gum, but less Sabro coconut than expected. But there it is in the taste, bit mushroomy, creamy coconut, dill, still nice, some orange peel too, lower bitterness. Not bad, drinkable!

Thinnish bod, med-high carbo. Med bitter, lowish sweet, pretty dry. Med bready malt, also med-light astringent grainy thang, which is my main issue here. A pretty clean beer otherwise, even if a bit weak hop-wise. Med-light saazy at best. Goodish.

PB blend continues to prove that it makes bland forgettable beers. Maltiness is consistent with a red ale, thinnish bod, bud med-light caramelly, hint of red fruits. Med bitter, light sweet. Barely med-light grassy and generally fruity hops though. Meh.

Tap at TSVP. Shiny deep coppery-amber body more than red. Mainly caramelly malty aroma, bit floral. Lean taste, drier than expected, mainly caramel, bit herbal by the finish, well integrated, but lacking much hop bitterness, which is fine for the style. Dunno, ordinary, well made, but the style sucks if done by the book.

Tap at TSV. Very dark, blackish brown body, thick off-white head, small. Bit nutty, caramelly aroma, weird hard likka-like note. Did someone dump a vodka shot in? It persists in the taste, smooth, bit nutty, vaguely caramelly, lightly herbal. All thought of hops gone. These random brewery ticks can really be fascinating. I mean, it's clean, but it's as if someone took all the hops out and dropped a bit of alcohol inside.
