0,1l from tap at the Brewpub. Brown hazy color, small off white head. smells toffee, earthy, light caramel, spices, nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes toffee, caramel, honey, candy sugar, some spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of candy sugar, toffee and caramel. Taste surprisingly good and fresh considering all the honey and sweet notes. Enough going on to make this interesting. Very good style example

1 litre bottle from the brewpub.
Golden, slightly amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, moderately lacing, white head.
Quite light aroma of bread, hay, grass, flowers, some honey, slight minty herbs.
Tastes of bread, honey, grass, grains, flowers, some citric fruit notes, some minty herbs.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, grassy, bready, floral, a bit herbal.
Nice one. A typical, but really clean and smooth Kellerbier, very well balanced, with the sweetness and the bitterness both rightly dosed. Some lovely honey and floral/minty notes. Overall one of the better beers of this style I’ve had.
