Amber color with citrus and pine aroma. Taste is surprisingly sweet for a pale ale, finishes with a spicy rye hop crispness and just right bitterness to cut the sweet. Excellent.

Amber color with pine and floral aroma. Taste is solid hot pepper with a sweet, malty finish. Lingering pepper burn. Different than most pepper beers due to the malt sweetness.

Dark red color with malty aroma. Flavor is a little caramel malt sweet followed by a crisp, bitter finish. Maybe some rum notes at the end.

Dark ruby color with a toffee aroma. Flavor is similar to a Scotch style ale. Malty, toffee balanced with mild hop bitterness and light sweetness.

Amber color with strong aroma of cinnamon and pumpkin pie. Flavor is sweet and pumpkin pie wiith a crisp finish. Almost like a cider. Delicious.

Dark brown color with tan head. Complex aroma of pepper and roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is also complex. Slightly sweet with some light roasted coffee taste, along with dark chocolate. Slightly burn at the end from pepper.

Sweet yeasty aroma. Flavor of a Belgian Tripel, sweet and alcohol. Strong alcohol overpowers the hop bitterness as does sweetness. Tastes more like Tripel than an IPA.

Cloudy pale yellow with grapefruit aroma. Tastes reminds me of grapefruit juice from a metal can. Citrus hop flavor but not much resin bitterness.
