Taster at Liquor Express. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is hay, pine sap, white sugar, and strong floral notes. Not too sweet, and nicely dry. Light, yeasty palate. This is a sharp, balanced, and subtle saison.
