bottle. pours a hazy yellow with absolutely no head. very mild aroma, super faint apple, also faint sourish note. Aroma is very faint. flavor is fairly strange for a cider, the taste is more or less water and green apples. Almost herbal. bottle says 6.5% alc. but that alc. is super well hidden i must say. flavor also resembles water with fresh pressed lemon juice i it. it is very refreshing, and the green apples and lemon works well. The cider is extremely dry, and the lemon and green apple is almost only hints, as if they were diluted by water. but still, the alc. cannot be tasted. a very special cider, and a super drinkable one. I am not sure i am a big fan, because i like a more in your head flavor, this thing is super delicate and subdued.

Bottle - Intense funk and some sharp vinegar and vanilla. Pretty clear light gold with a small frothy head. Very light, yellow apple, farmhouse notes and light acidity. Pretty decent, but nothing special.

Bottle thanks to sjogro. Murky pale straw with no head. Cow dung, funk, hay, some sweat, plastic, some apple peel, light salty crackers. Light salty and sour with very light sweetness. Light bodied with dry feel. It has some good notes, but a bit too much dung and plastic, and it’s a bit too watery as well. Still an interesting cider though.

Bottle from Mercadona Supermercado. Hazy yellow with no head retention. Nice bubbles. Consumed from a plastic cup at Playa Abades, Tenerife. Quite watery but also rich in aroma of yellow and red apples, nice blue cheese funk, almond, oak and tannins. Light sweet and tart and moderate bitter. Thin with soft carbonation, over medium dry. Total steal for €1.50 per 70cl. //// 2nd bottle. Less funk but more balance. I’m crazy about this. Got more bottles to try! //// 3rd bottle down. Balance between sweet, sour, salty and bitter is perfect. It’s apple gose with a bit of that tortilla aroma that happens in the salt and tart clash. Almost no carbonation this time. Still loving it and uprating because its officially the only stuff I drank 3 big bottles off by myself ever.
